VINTAGE ADIDAS BAG - Rare Adidas bag by Peter Black - 1970's - Sport / Fashion bag - Large size bag. See below for dimensions - Brown tan mock / faux leather with black writing - Two zip compartments. One main compartment and one side compartment. Metal zips as good as new - One faux leather i.d / membership card compartment on front of bag - In good vintage used condition. Please note :- Bag has numerous marks on it please see photos and detailed description below - Faux leather and metal zips in excellent condition - I like to be as honest and as accurate as I possible can with regards to the description of the bag so you know exactly what you are getting. - I've bought numerous items in the past. I find sometimes that I am somewhat let down by the condition of an item as the flaws have not been detailed well or even detailed at all in some circumstances. - Notes :- see bottom of page - Payment and postage :- see bottom of page DETAILED CONDITION Front of bag (where i.d card can fit in faux leather slot) - One long and narrow diagonal black mark about 5" long. Looks like it might come off as I tried to remove a little bit of the black mark and that bit came off as it was a bit sticky, please see third photo. Two light scratches through the second 'd' of Adidas both marks about 15mm long and 1mm wide and hardly noticeable. A couple of tiny black marks hardly noticeable, I'm just being really picky. Faux leather and handles in great condition considering the age of this bag Side of bag - Two white marks. One 1mm dot and the other a 3mm mark. Faux leather in great condition for age. Underneath bag - One metal foot stud missing please see photo. I have never taken this bag outside since the day I bought it home from the Birmingham Rag Market about thirteen years ago. It's been kept in the house with a few books in it and has been stored away for many years out of sunlight. I will have a look for the missing foot stud but I'm not sure if it had the missing foot stud when I purchased it. A few small white marks 2mm - 10mm. Two small black marks about 4mm each. One small black mark 10mm. Back of bag (where the side compartment and zip are located) - Diagonal white mark through Adidas sign about 20mm long and 3mm wide. One white mark in top right corner about 5mm x 4mm. One white mark top right side of bag 6mm x 2mm. One white dot mark. Very faint white mark underneath the Adidas word hardly noticeable. Faux l eather and handles in great condition considering the age of this bag. Side compartment zip in excellent condition. Side of bag - One vertical white mark about 10mm x 2mm. One vertical white mark about 9mm x 1mm. One diagonal white mark about 10mm x 1mm. As mentioned before the faux leather is in great condition for its age. Top of bag - Zip in excellent as new condition. One white mark 13mm x 2mm. One diagonal black mark 50mm x 15mm. One black mark 20mm x 2mm. One black mark about 40mm x 20mm. One black mark 9 mm x 1mm. One black mark 3mm x 1mm. Again these black marks may come off with a bit of cleaning but I am selling this bag 'as it is described' and I think my description is about as honest a description you will find. Light rubbing marks on zip end square piece. Faux leather in great condition. Inside of bag - Everything looks fine. No rips or tears in the material or faux leather. Base of the bag in great condition too. Original Adidas label inside bag with the words, MANUFACTURED UNDER AN "ADIDAS" LICENCE BY PETER BLACK (Keighley) LTD. WEST YORKSHIRE (30) Faux leather - The faux leather looks to be in great condition with no cracks or rips. It has the marks as mentioned before but the actual condition of the faux leather is superb considering the age of the bag. Zips - Both zips as good as new.
