A rare and quite delightful EXCELSIOR " Standing Mountain Climber " motor car mascot hood ornament, as fitted to Excelsior two seater, and four seater touring cars from the the circa 1918 period through to the1920s. ..... Absolutely delightful and totally correct for any early Excelsior motor car of the late Edwardian period through to the vintage period, and a very worthy addition to anyone's classic Excelsior Automobilia and Memorabila Collection. ....... (This mascot is, of course, very rare indeed, and never turn up for sale - Excelsior made very few motor cars of the period, and were also known for their excellent motorcycle models, which are again really rare.). ....
