Exceptional Antique Art Deco Open Back Clear Lead Rock Crystal Sterling Silver Necklace This is the nicest of all the antique Art Deco era clear crystal necklaces I have ever seen, being absolutely perfectly preserved. These photos are not in black and white, nor are they edited. The crystals on this necklace are over-sized and exceptionally clear. They are in beautiful condition with no major signs of wear. You can see the details if you look closely at the photos. There are flecks of rainbow colors reflecting from the lights and the back side is carefully engraved with a delicate motif on the the silver bezels. The stones are either leaded or rock crystal, not sure which, and all prong set and all prongs are in tact. The setting is sterling silver and it suspended on a delicate chain. It appears to have its original sterling spring ring clasp, which is in good working condition. The stones are graduated, with the center stone measuring about 1/2" across, the next two measuring about 3/8" across tapering down to the last stones that measure 1/4" across. The total length of the necklace measures 15 1/4". A beautiful collectible and it goes with everything in your wardrobe.
