I am very pleased to offer this Imari charger. This piece is just gorgeous and looks much better in person. The charger is a whopping 18.5 inches in diameter and is a little heavy. This charger dates circa 1860 and has a very old metal hanger on it, which I have not tried to remove. The piece is entirely hand painted. Some of the colors are - gold, orange brown and green. The plate has no damage and is in excellent condition. I do see some firing specks that are typical and do not distract from the images and design. Also, t is some gold loss to the very outer gold lining.None of the geisha images or flowers ect. have gold loss.On the back t is a cloud design. This is truly an exceptional piece!
