With as beautiful a finish as you will find in a handmade art glass vase, the vases colors shades from a platinum blue to an heavy electric blue to a bright mirror violet at the bottom. I have seen many blue Aurene art glass items, this is definitely an incredible example. What sets this apart is the texture and amazing flutted side and scalloped edge on top and of course THE COLOR !!!!! Signed Steuben Size: 5 1/2" tall, the opening is 5 1/2 " diameter and tapers down to 2 1/4" Condition: Excellent, no damage or repairs, the base shows slight wear that is consistent with an original piece this magnificent.
