Description: Exclusive Gustav Becker Free Swinger Wall Clock !! ~ Made of the Finest Burr Walnut and signed by Gustav Becker !! ~ THIS RARE FREE SWINGER WALL CLOCK IS ONE OF THE MOST INCREDIBLE CLOCKS YOU WILL LAY EYES ON! Please take a moment to stand back and absorb the beauty of this impressive freeswinger wall clock!! The clockcase is made of the finest burr walnut and decorated with many bronze and brass ornaments.Even the knobs are decorated with bronze ornaments !!This incredible clock is a wonderful rare find!The wall clock dates from the first quarter of the 20th C. (c. 1915).We were lucky to acquire it from a lovely Private estate in the South of Germay near Munich !The bronze movement is signed on the back with the logo of Gustav Becker and the numerals 1703116.The Gustav Becker clock factory was one of the most famous clock makers in Europe.The clock chimes every half and full hours on an old spring gong and the sound is gorgeous.The clock has a 8 days work and is in fine working order.The porcelain dial with the roman numerals and the steel handmade hands are very beautiful.The brass pendulum is carved with a cherub head.On top of the clock is a bronze cherub too.This real beautiful and absolutely rare freeswinger clock is in complete original and excellent condition.
