we have an original Exidy Destruction Derby Arcade video Game. Made in 1975 this is a vintage black and white 2 player driving game. I have been told this was the replacement for the original Death Race game, which production was ended on due to the horrific nature of the game. This game is quite rare, t is little information about it on the KLOV. You can click on this link for more info: /game_detail.php?letter=D&game_id=7570 The machine I am told was Donated to a childrens hospital w is stayed for a number or years, however with the kids using Atari 2600 and Coleco systems this black and white arcade machine did little to entertain them. If was given back to the operator and stuck in a warehouse for the next 10-15 years. The game sometimes works, sometimes doesnt, it is complete, maybe a dry joint on the edge connector or worn trace?.The montor is good, and he board itself looks complete and good shape. The cabinet has some damage which is shown in the photos on the side, the base is solid but looks like it may of seen a little water at some point in the past. The marque and bezel is Excellent, the steering wheels and controls look original some of the crome on the steering wheel is lifting, but of course this is cosmetic stuff that can be taken care of. I would like to see this machine go to a collector or someone who is able to return it back to its former glory. This machine is gong to be wrapped up ready for shipping, I would prefer collection but will work with you and your shipping people. This is the first time I have ever seen one of these machines, it is somthing of a rare find, its not 100% but is complete and has a lot of potential. However this is being SOLD AS IS. Please please bid if you only intend to pay, I have had to relist this item after storing it for a month due to a non paying bidder. I am relocating and do not want to move this machine again, I will be as flexible as possible to work with you and your shipping company and can help with collection. I do not deliever, overseas people please dont waste my time asking me for shipping costs. Payment must be made within 7 days of end of auction and collected within 14 days.
