This lamp is the most BEAUTIFUL oil lamp that I have ever seen!!!! I do not know how old it is , I am guessing that it is upscale depression era. Although, It is that amazing light blue/green glass. (The color was very popular in the fifties) This lamp was obviously made to be used and noticed and may have even been made earlier than the depression when lamps like this were used daily. The lamp itself is about 20 1/2 inches high from very bottom to the top of the spider. The shade measures an additional 7" high and the top of the chimney potrudes an additional 2" high. Making the entire lamp an impressive 27 1/2" high. The Shade holder is 10" across and t are 36 /6" crystals hanging from it (most in very goog condition. A few not quite as pointy as others.) T is one 2" hairline crack on the base which is very hard to notice and can be positioned w it can not be seen at all. And, t is also a crescent shaped crack on the shade that can also be hidden. I am not sure if this is the original shade( it does not fit tightly) but really works with the lamp. All of this being said, I will say it again....This is the most beautiful oil lamp I have ever seen!!!!
