DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on an incredibly well preserved and beautifully constructed 2 piece early 1900's French Country Buffet and Hutch. I was thrilled when we were able to acquire this classic piece from a large estate sale in historic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Made from solid pine with dovetail construction and finished with a rich golden stain, this remarkable buffet and hutch will be a stunning addition to any collection of fine antique furniture. The Hutch is constructed to fit into the grooves on the Buffet to make for a more perfect balance. It has two shelves with plate grooves to show off your dinnerware and collectibles, three draws for storage of fine silver or table linens, and more display space on the bottom. From what I can tell, the hardware is all original too! MEASUREMENTS: The buffet and hutch together (2 pieces) measures 76" Height x 55" Width x 14 1/2" Depth CONDITION: It is in excellant condition for it's age, with only a few minor surface scratches and nicks. All antique furniture will have nicks, scratches and dings consistent with age. Buyers of antiques know that the character of old furniture is often exhibited in the unique way it shows its age. This wonderful buffet and hutch will be a welcome addition to any room and enjoyed for years to come. Deliveries are made between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window. For all other locations, please do not bid before getting a shipping quote.
