~*PLEASE SEE SHIPPING TERMS BELOW*~ * Other Forms of Payment Accepted Here * -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- *Up for sale here is an extremely rare William Tamm bottle that may have contained hard cider, soda pop, ginger beer or perhaps some type of alcoholic beverage, due to the color of the bottle. When these bottles do turn up they are always in aqua and never amber. There may be only a few in the hobby, but not in this good of condition. And this darker amber example is in excellent condition with no wear, chips pings or dings, and has been lightly polished. A quick day's bottle tumbling would make this bottle really sparkle. It it also quite crude with the drippy applied blob top, and an area on the front where it was pushed in with something when it was made, (see pictures). This bottle has no haze inside or out from being recently dug in a Lawrenceville tavern privy that was located near the alley. The pit was loaded with many large utilitarian Ironstone plates and large platters stacked in the upper layer, and some nearly the size of garbage can lids! The old round wood lined pit had hardly any bottles in it, but was sealed with a large piece of cement and a large stone deeper down.
