Extra Fine Old Case XX Toenail!! Also Called a Sunfish Knife!
Circa 1940 Thru 1964!! Awesome Red Bone Scales!
For your viewing pleasure and bid consideration... a Extra Fine Plus and lightly used 2 blade, round end, vintage Case XX toenail knife. A beautiful and scarce Red bone example that shows NO chips or cracks!! This knife is gorgeous!! Look at the pictures. Both the large and small spear point blades show little use and sharpening and would say they are 95 plus percent full. Appears to have had and old clean and polish somew in the past. Very little minor pitting is evident, but takes nothing away from this old collectible. Both blades have "factory" snap on the open and close, but low to no half stops. NO looseness. Knife measures 4 3/8" closed. A great addition to your Case or Toenail knife collection or to give as a gift!
