What a great telephone. It appears to be all original. The rar and mouth piece are bakelite and the candle stick is metal. The oak box contains the magnets and bell works along with the crank to call the "Operator". I opened up the wood box to find a manufacturer name, T wasn't one but the wiring is in very good condition, and even has the magneto wiring diagram inside.. We sell new items that are new and under manufacture warranty, all items purchased are shipped in the manufactures box and is covered by their warranty if you have shortages or imperfect goods. We will assist with contact with the manufacture if, you have problems contacting them. We try to package so the item arrives to you in perfect condition but accidents do happen. Damages through shipment are covered by the shipping company either USPS or UPS or freight line if you have purchased insurance that is. If you have damage it is your responsibility to contact shipping company and file claim as soon as you open the package upon arrival, we will assist with any paper work that needs to be filled out to expedite things.
