very rare Caldendar and Moon Phase Clock with incredible technical details. a real museum and collector object per excellence This clock its a real technical miracle in every way.dated approx. 1830-35 constructed in france.
Dial Faces-and movements: This clock has two different movements. the upper 8 day Brocott movement is behind a white enamelled dial face, which has black Romanic numerals and three black pointers. the moon globe has a 5-day movement. the moon is moving one times in 29,5 days. behind the second dial face is working a separat movement. the winding is behind. Wit normal using the clock must be only one times winded in four years. Da upper movement is moving the down movement. The impuls you can listen all 30 seconds. The big pointer in the middle of dial face showes you date and the month and is turning left. The windows in the middle showing the anual numbers till 1000 years. the mechanik has a construction, that after 365 days is changing the annum. The movement of gearwheels its very rare, second pointer gearwheel is moving one times each minute minute pointer gearwheel is moving one times each hour pointer for hours gearwheel is moving one times each 12 hours pointer for days gearwheel is moving one times each 7 days. The globe on the large metal dial face showes the shadow side of the world. The dark part showes where is winter, the engraved part showes that part of the world where is summer time.
