ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS DETAIL! AUTOGRAPHED BY DON POLLAND EYE TO EYE BY DONALD POLLAND - CHILMARK - PEWTER - #676/2500- 1983 - 5-1/2" HIGH WITH 7-1/2" LONG OVAL WOOD BASE This sculpture was done by Donald Polland for Chilmark in 1983 and issued as a Limited Edition of 2500 in 1984. The original issue price was $375. The First Edition of the The Chilmark Collection by Dr. Glenn S. Johnson and Ann Hagenstein says that the issue was still active in 1991 with the selling price $475 based on recorded sales. I paid $475 for this piece from Teepee Town in St. Augustine, Florida.This sculpture has been kept in a glass cabinet for many years along with my other Chilmarks which I will be selling this winter. It is in pristine condition with no broken or missing pieces, i.e., tomahawks, guns, etc. T are two small dings on the base, but they are barely noticeable. I am selling it because we are downsizing our home. I will package this very carefully and ship by 2-day Priority mail (please check my feedback regarding my packinging and shipping).
