I purchased these personally from Maj Sholders. He told me he had the patch made when he finished his tour. He flew 220 missions total, 110 over North Vietnam. The theater made patch was made in Thailand w he was stationed. The group includes the following: 1. Coveralls, Flying, Size 44 with all the patches and rank insignia, 2. Coveralls, Flying 27/P, size 44 with MAJ rank, dated 1985, 3. Flight bag with his information in three places (In the photo with his name I covered up his service number so the world would not have it but you will.), 4. Pair of Summer Flight Gloves, show use, 5. Bag, Helmet, Flying ProtectiveType, 6. Bag, Helmet, Flying Nylon, dated 1970. The patches on the first uniform include the theaater made patch, 406th Tactical Fighter Training Wing, and US Air Forces in Europe. Photo's show it all.
