FAB ANTIQUE GILT MINIATURE PAINTING PENDANT N/R c1890 A terrific antique gilt yellow metal pendant; beautifully made, with ornate body, cannetille type work and set with a porcelain panel with a lovely miniature hand touched image depicting a period couple in informal circumstances. High quality, totally original - wonderfully collectable! CONDITION : All original and very good. Slight signs of wear, no damage.DEFECTS : None. DATE/MARKS : Around 1880/90. Not marked. DIMENSIONS : Total drop 61 x 41 mm, panel 27 x 20 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter. WEIGHT : Approx. 13.6 grams. our other auctions.
