Christmas is coming....................Christmas is coming!!!!!!!!!!! Just beautiful Vintage set of porcelain Figurines!!! Original Porcelain factory was the Goldscheider, run by the family, in Vienna until 1938. The family left their country and immigrated to the US and settled in Trenton, NJ. and was reorganized as Goldscheider-Everlast Corp, later to become known as Goldcrest Ceramics from 1947 to 1953. Later in the 50's, the name changed back to Goldscheider, which still manufactures lovely Ceramic pieces today. This pair, in just dramatically beautiful condition, is trademarked with the Goldcrest mark, which dates them between 1947-1953. They are a lovely courting couple! He measures 6 1/4" high, she is 5 3/4" high. Note her SO delicate double rows of handpainted flowers down the front of her lovely gown, and her beautifully done hair decoration!! High gloss finish, a great couple!!! Both signed on bottom with artist signature as well. I find NO chips/cracks/repairs anyw, t is very gentle light crazing noted under loop, as often seen with porcelain pieces of this age and quality. Shipping about $10-12, includes insurance, in US. Overseas shipping will be sent to winning bidder AFTER auction end when I will package item, take to US post office, and get exact shipping charges for that country, then I will send an invoice.
