This blue transferware platter by Copeland Spode is extremely interesting to look at. T are many little vignettes all over including a lady reading a book under a tree, a couple in the far right distance beside the river and cows in the river to name a few. This heavy platter is in the "Italian" pattern and measures 14" by 11". The condition is excellent with no cracks, chips, crazing or surface scratches. As photographed, t is an "x" scratch on the back which is near the maker's mark. Please note that some photographs were taken indoors thus producing a yellowed effect. The platter is pure white with blue transfer designs. It will make a fine addition to any dinner table. High bidder prepays including s/h/i within 10 days of close of sale through PayPal, cashier's check, money order, personal or business check. Payment by personal or business check will result in a 10 day hold on shipment of item. Massachusetts residents must add 5% sales tax unless holding a valid resale certificate.
