FAB. Tuttle ONSLOW Sterling SET/10, 60 PCS.,DE1,JFK,LBJ
This is a handsome OLD sterling silver service for 10 in the hard-to-find Onslow pattern by Tuttle. The pieces are the following: 10 8 7/8" lunch knife; 10 7 1/8" lunch forks; 9 6" salad forks, 10 5 3/4" teaspoons; 10 6 ½" cream soup spoons; 8 5 5/8" butter knives; 1 5 5/8" sugar spoon; and 2 8 3/8" tablespoons - a total of 60 pieces. The condition is nice - no dings, no dents - just could use some tender loving polishing; t is nice oxidation in the pattern. T has never been a monogram. Although t seems to be 4 presidents' symbols, the majority (probably half) is DE I in a crescent (for Dwight Eisenhower - 1st Term). Also found was HT II, LBJ, and JFK. The other marks are a pine tree and STERLING.
-All pieces are sold in as found condition, which means I do not polish. IF necessary, I leave this pleasure to the lucky buyer!
