Hi everybody! Gungirly's auctions have changed just a little bit so please read the fine print. I'm ending the summer with a BANG & have LOTS of wonderful goodies to list! Offered for auction is an AMAZING & FABULOUS vintage art deco era, Hollywood Glam glass balls PARURE consisting of a gorgeous, full, necklace, bracelet and dress clip! The dangling glass balls are a deep cobalt blue. The ornate findings / clasps are a love gold wash / heavy gilt in the shape of detailed SCOTTISH THISTLES. The piece has a very " Haskell" feel to and might possibly be an early piece of hers. The set is in very good to excellent vintage condition with no damage, gilt is bright and beautiful on the findings, but does show slight wear on the clasps only. The necklace measures 19 3/8" long with the hidden box clasp fastened, it hangs down 1" wide. The bracelet measures 7 3/4" long x just under 2" wide. The dress clip measures 4 1/4" long by 1 3/4" across. The dress clip can be added to the necklace to make it quite large and suitable for more formal occasions. This is a gorgeous OLD set, full of character and glamour from days gone by! Wear one piece or wear them all! Wonderful addition to your wardrobe or collection!
