This is a truly a fabulous sterling souvenir spoon for Bermuda. Check out the enameled Angel Fish -- it is great. It measures approx. 5-3/8" long x 1-1/8" wide across the bowl, and weighs about 3/4 of an ounce. Hopefully my pics came out clear enough for you to see the detailing -- if they are a bit blurry, the spoon of course isn't in person. Inside the bowl is embossed the word Bermuda and a what looks like a stream with trees and foliage around it. It is hallmarked on the backside with a standing lion and crown. When I did some research on the mark it looks like it maybe the one for Sheffield, England. It is also marked/dated R.D. 1902. Overall the spoon is in nice condition, however, t is some light wear to the enameling, most of which isn't noticeable without a loupe but t are some spots around the letters in Angel Fish which can be seen with the naked eye (really not very bad but mentioned for accuracy's sake -- just looks a bit dark those areas). This really is a stunning spoon that would make a wonderful addition to a Bermuda or souvenir spoon collection. Please email any questions before bidding, and thanks for looking at my auction! This item will probably weigh between 3-4 ounces when packaged. This is an ESTIMATE ONLY as the item may weigh more or less depending on the size of packaging used. Winning bidder should not pay me until I've contacted them with exact shipping charges to their country.
