The book contains 196 fables each with a woodcut and with a moral (application). The book is solid and complete and it retains the original leather covers. Published more than 210 years ago, this edition is now long out of print and quite rare, as there are no other copies listed for sale on the intenret, worldwide, at any price. Therefore it is now virtually inobtainable. Other early editions sell for hundreds of dollars. Such a nice edition is not likely to come up for sale again soon on ebay.
