Fabulous ART NOUVEAU MURRLE BENNETT SOLID GOLD & PEARLS PENDANT & CHAIN NECKLACE c1900 I will be listing a large number of pieces over the coming weeks. These will make the ideal GIFTS for Christmas and other Special Occasions. This Necklace would make the perfect Wedding gift or Xmas Present for that special lady. It is a magnificent Original MURRLE BENNETT GOLD PENDANT . This dates to circa 1890 or 1900 and is from the ART NOUVEAU period. It is in pristine condition and is set with 2 Pearls.The design includes 2 stylised leaves or hearts and a wonderful intertwining design. The piece is made from solid 9 carat gold, as is the later chain.The chain measures 18 inches.The pendant actually measures 3 cms. This really is a magnificent piece of Original ART NOUVEAU Jewellery. This is stamped with the Murrle Bennett mark and it is also marked 9 carat.
