**ONE OF A KIND** Circa 1750 French Chest of Drawers We are pleased to offer this unique French Chest of Drawers Circa 1750. Made out of walnut with walnut root veneered front drawers, the piece is very large and massive. Has 5 drawers with one center carved faced secret drawer. All drawers have the original brass hardware and the bottom 3 have the original locks which are oversized by today's standards. Has carved figural front edges with carved top edge. Overall in good condition but does have dings and scratch marks, some old repairs and even some ring worm holes mainly on top as can be seen from one of the photo's. The only other issue we noticed that 4 of the 5 drawer bottoms have been changed and are not original to the piece but as can be seen from the photo's it still looks very good as is.
