This has always been one of my favorite game boards. Has the best patina and wear that only comes from years of use. Never did know just how to play the game but it always had a special place in our home just because of it's primitive look. I have seen other marble games but this one was my choice. Something that I loved about this guy. The only paint is the red that you can see in the pictures....... must have started from there with the marbles. I have o idea if the clay marbles that I got with the board are the ones that it started life with but they came to me with the board and I am passing them on to the new owner. The only excuse is that one foot was replaced many, many years ago if you can call that an excuse. Just part of its history. The board measures just over 10" in diameter. This auction is for the game board and clay marbles only. I am listing the other items in the last picture if you are interested.
