Up for auction is a FABULOUS vintage early celluloid plastic jewelry box. The detail is excellent on this and it is made to appear as jade. At the top is an Asian rooster. There is intricate carving on the top with two dragons facing each other on both sides. At the bottom of the box is an intricate black celluloid pedestal that is attached. The box is in very good vintage condition. On the corner of the inside of the box there is a tiny spot of wear, that does not affect how the top fits and is not noticeable. the length of the jewelry box from left to right is 8 inches. The width from top of the rooster to bottom is about four inches. The depth of the box on the inside is 1 3/4 of an inch. This is a very pretty jewelry box and lasting treasure.Thank you for looking and feel free to ask questions!
