Double your traffic. Period Art Deco Wrought Iron Hall Tree/Stand Period French Art Deco Hallstand has fantastic scrolling design. I have not found a signature, but the piece is of a very high quality comparable to that of Edgar Brandt, Nics Freres, etc. This is definitely a genuine period piece, ca. 1920. It was purchased about 10 years ago from a highly reputable dealer of french antiques (Sparrows in Kensington, MD). Guaranteed NOT a reproduction! Hat rack, coat hooks, mirror, umbrella tray, and marble shelf. A very impressive piece, the likes of which are getting increasingly harder to find. Overall very good condition, with a very nice patina -- not painted! The bottom tray pan shows a bit of very light surface rust. The pan is fully removeable (the body of the stand slips over the tray) if buyer desires to have it further cleaned/restored. The mirror shows some age discoloration, but could be easily removed/replaced (back panel screws off for easy replacement) if desired. Dimensions : (Approx) 74" Height, 8" Depth at Base, 15 1/2" Depth at Top Shelf, 30" Wide. As for weight, the piece is quite heavy -- I would venture a guess at 125 - 150 lbs.
