Hi, I am listing this fabulous modern dolls house a sort of cross between a modern style house and beach house from KidKraft. Its the sweet and sunny dolls house retail £94.99 and is brand new in box as pictured. The box has been opened to show you it is yet to be assembled, furthermore I have opened the brown boxes to show you the furniture and items that also come with the dolls house, all fittings and screws are intact in packaging, bought and simply not utilised for its purpose. Needless to say this would be a great gift, the box/packaging has some scribble crayon marks to the back cannot include in photos as I have used up all four allocations, hardly worth a mention as it does not have any impact at all on the contents simply including for accuracy. THE DOLLS HOUSE IS PICK UP ONLY............CAN ARRANGE LOCAL DROP OFF TO BE AGREED....PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING Payment appreciated within 2 days of auction ending please do not disregard payment requirement.
