For sale is a Fabulous Lalique Crystal Bowl.

This is the Nemours bowl that retails for over $1,000.00. The bowl has a top diameter of 10” and it is 4” deep. The silver you see on the bowl is the original Lalique label that says Crystal Lalique Paris. The bowl is also signed on the bottom: Lalique France.

The bowl is unused and has no chips, cracks or scratching.

We purchase many items and sell them on Ebay, and are not experts on most of them. Vintage items are not necessarily antique. Please bid accordingly and please remember that we are all human. We strive very hard not to make errors in our descriptions but ask for you to be reasonable if an error is made. We will make every effort to please reasonable bidders.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment required within 10 days of auction close. We accept PayPal and ship to confirmed addresses. We do charge sales tax to New Mexico residents at 7.375 %. Shipping can be combined on auctions ending in the same week (Monday through Sunday), if I determine items can safely be packed together, but only if you make one combined

SHIPPING: Shipping cost is provided on every item. If t is a shipping calculator on the auction and it says UPS; shipping will be by FedEx Ground.

If you insured your item, Insurance claims for loss cannot be filed until 30 days after shipment for items shipped by the USPS. We will help file any and all insurance claims but you MUST keep all packaging material in order for a damage claim to be filed.

All items are to be shipped. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO PICK YOUR ITEM UP AS IT IS AGAINST OUR POLICY.

We are not responsible for breakage or non-delivery by the shipper on uninsured items. Normally, we ship on Tuesday and Thursday mornings but sometimes this is not possible and we will substitute another day. .

INTERNATIONAL SALES

International shipping is available, but only by the USPS. We DO NOT, however, accept returns from International buyers because of the shipping costs involved.

Please do not ask us to lie on custom forms because we will not do it.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

REFUNDS: Will refund if item not as described in listing. This does NOT apply to International buyers. Returned items must be insured and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of item for refund instructions and item must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. (This does not mean it has to reach me within 3 days.) If these instructions are not followed, no refund will be made. Items broken in transit or not delivered to you will be refunded by the insurance carrier if insured. You will not get a refund if you return them to us.
