Wonderful vintage 1940s cream barkcloth panel with big bouquets of luscious pink cabbage roses and other beautiful florals. This panel is a ribbed, faille textured barkcloth and may be a cotton/rayon blend. It's not ultra shiny or glossy like all-rayon. The panel measures 35 1/4 inches wide by 84 1/2 inches long. At the bottom of the bottom full bouquet on the panel, t is a half dollar sized light pink spot plus some light brown stains. Elsew, I see a couple much smaller light pink spots and a little more of the light browning in one place. This panel may have light overall yellowing/storage dinginess. I haven't laundered it. It feels very strong and has no holes or tears. The bouquets are simply fabulous and would be perfect for all sorts of vintage style projects. Please see my other auctions for similar items.
