This auction is what I believe tobe an opening night party instructions of the original Factory HQ 'FAC 251'. I think that would have been sent out to guests as an invite or to promote the launch of Factory's new headquarters building in Charles Street, Manchester in October 1990. The envelope has a Factory label on the front with the words 'FROM FACTORY XXX' written or printed on it. It contains the following: Opening night party instructions printed postcard prepared for the opening night party of the FAC 251 Factory HQ at "One Charles Street" Very rare original Factory Records Postcard from 1990 and produced for the launch of Factory's new headquarters building in Charles Street, Manchester. Gloss metallic silver on one side - the other side contains instructions on the party Postcard with the Factory HQ 'FAC 251' details on dated Oct 1990. DV8 and The Durutti Column FAC 194 VHS video sleeve. Joy Division Unknown Pleasures 12" un played vinyl The label has QWEST Records on it. The sleeve has a hole punched in one corner for some reason Classics in Motion Leaflet Happy Mondays postcard. If anyone has more information on this item then please let me know.
