This is a beautiful egg handpainted by artist Marj McCarthy. It has different scenes of beautiful swans and fairies. It is removeable from its golden swan base. Marj made me this egg a couple years ago. She has made the Easter eggs for the Bush presidential family. It is very hard to find her work. In Marg's capable hands, it is so very easy to convince yourself that you can reach into the egg and stroke the fur or feathers of the creature that she has brought to life for you. She has won several awards for her amazing work. Please feel free to ask any questions. This piece is in MINT condition and has been in a display cabinet away from sunlight. It is a gorgeous piece of art, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for looking.
