Antique Falkenstein Oil or Kerosene Glass Lamp Shade This lamp shade was purchased from an estate and is being offered to you at no reserve. I was told it is approximately 85-90 years old, but I am not certain of that. It is in excellent shape. This reddish-orange lamp shade has embossed or raised designs. It has been electified and it works. It could be taken apart and used as the original lamp shade.It comes apart very easily. The globe itself has not been altered.The electic portion was added later. A couple of the chains have a little white paint. The shade measures approximately 12" in diameter by 12 " high. The inside diameter of the top opening is 3 " and the inside diameter of the bottom opening is 3". If you are looking for a beautiful old oil lamp shade, this may be just the one for you!
