HO/HOn3 scale: A cast metal kit that builds a small crane mounted on a handcar base called a 'Go-Devil' used by small or cheap operations for track work or clearing the rails from obstructions. This kit is #608 by Selley, and appears to have an extra wheel and side frame for emergencies, great for weathering and super-detailing, put it to work or stash it in the maintenance yard. Full instructions with a drawing of completed model. Insulating the wheels is a good idea if this little unit might be placed on a powered track, otherwise a short will result, see the last part of the instructions.
