This is a grand and gorgeous antique coffee or chocolate pot , made of fine porcelain from Limoges, France. This treasure bears the Theodore Haviland hallmark as shown that dates to the early 1900's. It has two minor imperfections: a tiny nick on the spout and a chip on the tang (it still secures the lid inside the pot). Otherwise in very good condition. The ware is beautifully shaped, as you can see, and has lovely raised designs around the pot and lid. The gold trim ns magnificent on the handle, spout, finial, and base. The decoration features a lavish display of delicate purple flowers amid grey and green foliage. It stands an elegant approx 7 1/4" tall without the lid. You will love this antique beauty on display and on your table. It is a wonderful collectible from days gone by.
