Fancy Multi-Color Ribbon Parade? GLASS CANE This type of cane was made at factories like Libbey and fancier glass companies. Possibly Ohio, or Pa. but it is definitely quality and from the period of 1895-1920, possibly a parade piece. It has a “ribbon” interior with 4-color (Red, Aqua Blue, Magenta and Navy Blue) “strings” wrapped around a white or opal base. This is all encased in clear crystal. It measures 22” long and not having any expertise with glass canes I am not sure if there is a “ding” on the end of the handle or if these pieces were finished this way. I have shown a number of pics so you can judge for yourself. Thanks for looking.
