Thisporcelain coffee cup and saucer was produced in France by Haviland Limoges in the 1880's. This is an over-sized cup and saucer also known as a "breakfast cup and saucer." The saucer has a diameter of 6 1/2 inches. The cup is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and is 2 1/2 inches tall. The porcelain is fine and translucent. The cup has three little ball feet. The set is exquisitely hand painted with pink and white lilies and butterflies. T is gilding on the handle and the rims of both pieces. Condition: Excellent. This cup and saucer is highly decorative and the size is quite rare.
