You are bidding on a GORGEOUS & SUPER CLEAN COMOY'S SELECTED STRAIGHT GRAIN CLASSIC BILLIARD shaped estate p ipe. The Selected Straight Grain was technically a Specimen Straight Grain, that because of some tiny flaw didn't make Comoy's highest grade, and thus sometimes did and sometimes didn't receive the actual Comoy's stamp on it, though all other markings and nomenclature are identical. This FANTASTIC, very perfectly preserved straight grain has a pristine replica stem, including the famous white 3 piece C. The bowl is in excellent condition, and the chamber is smooth, round, and looks and feels almost new. It displays BEAUTIFUL 360 STRAIGHT & FLAME GRAIN, with birdseye on both the rim and the heel! The markings are VERY CRISP, and testify to the light use and gently handling of this fantastic pipe. If you are looking for a great, beautifully grained classic Comoy's, this might be your next pipe!!! But don't take my word....let the pictures speak for themselves. This one is sure to be an eminent example of how well-preserved estate pipes smoke better than new ones. This pipe also comes with a custom pipe sock to protect your investment. Markings : On the left of the shank is stamped SELECTED over STRAIGHT over GRAIN. On the right of the shank is stamped MADE IN LONDON over ENGLAND next to 250 . All markings are very crisp. Dimensions : 5-5/8 long, 1-13/16” tall, 1-5/16" wide, with a 13/16" chamber diameter. If, for any reason, you wish to return your pipe, send it back in unsmoked, as shipped condition, and I will refund your money. I do not give partial refunds, but will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) upon return of pipe within seven days in unsmoked, as shipped condition.
