For auction here is Fantastic Creatures #1 of limited 3 issue run. Issue #2 is titled Fangtastic Creatures Le Grand (see 2000 Monster Magazine and Fanzine Collector's Guide). Not sure why - but very few exist. Obviously minuscule print run. In fact I know of many more copies of "Screen Chills" (see my other auctions) than this mag! It is thought that it was only distributed in the East (greater New York area, etc). #3 is even rarer with only 2 copies that are known to exist! Funny I just noticed for the first time that the editor misspelled Mr. Tsuburaya as Mr. Tsubaya on the cover! (see scan) Included is the free! (not cut out) Giant working Multi-color Monster Mobile! (see scan)Re: condition - see scans, which show all 4 edges clearly. The obvious major defects are some frayed / tattered (newspaper like) edges w/ some small amounts of edge paper missing.I want you to be happy with your purchase. I'm a long-time (since 1964) monster mag collector myself. Please e-mail me if you need specific details regarding condition .I package very secure by sandwiching the magazine in between 2 pieces of stiff cardboard and ship via First Class mail. If you desire more robust (e.g. Priority Mail box w/ popcorn) or different packaging, there will be an additional cost. I package as if I were mailing it to myself!PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS
