Your eyes are not deceiving you! This book is in mind-blowing conditon. We've seen many FF #5s in our day, but none with the eye appeal of this one. NONE! This book has no marks, no writing, and no date stamps. T are no creases, no rips, no chips, and no tears. T is good cover gloss to both front and back covers. The page quality is outstanding--off-white to white, and the book is extremely firm yet supple. The book lies perfectly flat and the corners and edges are razor sharp. The right and bottom edge of the book appear to be slightly trimmed. This appears to have been done very neatly and professionally and it was only determined under careful inspection. T is a couple of very small paint flakes at the right edge w it was trimmed.T appears to be one drop of color touch on a 1/8" hairline in the black at mid-spine. T are no added pieces, no tear seals, no cleaning or pressing. This book is remarkably preserved. Everything about this book is superb! With no conservation this book in this condition would sell for $30K+ easily. This book is so solid and so well-preserved, I hate to say good-bye to this one. I must read more
