FIRST APPEARANCE OF BLACK PANTHER.This is an original, CGC graded, issue #52 of Fantastic Four (July 1966, Marvel). The comic features WHITE pages according to CGC. CGC gave it a grade of 5.5 FN-.I recently had about 25 comics graded. I complained that the grading process was taking much longer than the estimated time, and I sincerely believe my complaints got me a lower score than it deserves. I believe my complaints were completely justified, but probably just short of obnoxious. I firmly believe this comic deserves a higher grade, but my loss is your gain. And CGC charged $35 to grade the comic fyi. CGC case is in mint condition.A CGC graded 5.5 issue of Fantastic Four #52 sold last year for $450 on . With the recent introduction of Black Panther in the film "Captain America: Civil War" (2016) and the "Black Panther" stand alone film anticipated for a 2018 release, the comic value will spike significantly in the near future.I will carefully pack and ship the comic, respecting the value of this collectible.
