FANTASTICMOON LANDSCAPE SIGN. ABERCROMBIE 46 Gertrude Abercrombie (1909-1977) - american artist. This picture in white-black color gives the mystic impression. Especially mystic details are moon and cold mountain and cold night shadows of trees. Special charm to picture is given by red tent. Possibly artist created this picture as a sketch for more big oil work, because picture sizes are only 29 х 12,8 cm. Medium: gouache Picture in black/gold frame under glass. Size of frame is 33,1 x 17 cm. In places the paint has slightly cracked, but in the rest the picture is in a good condition (see photos). Sign.: Abercrombie 46 right down.
