This is a Truly Elegant Vintage DesignerSigned Costume Jewelry Grand Parure! Dating from 1953, this set isfrom TRIFARI and is just Outstanding. The "Halo" design was patented by Alfred Phillipe in 1953 (so named due to the center marquise stones surrounded by a halo of smaller rhinestones). These pieces were patented in August-Sept. 1953 and were signed "PAT PEND". This is a FULL 4 piece Parure, consisting of a Necklace, Drop Earrings, Brooch and Link Bracelet. The necklace measures 16" long with a 3 1/2" centerpiece. The drop earrings are clip-backs and fall 1 3/4" from the ear. The bracelet is 7 1/4" long, and the pin measures 2 3/4" The pieces feature dazzling rhinestones - all in a gleaming gold plated setting. The pieces are all signed "TRIFARI" with the Crown Mark. The patents are all registered with Alfred Philippe as the Inventor as follows: Necklace #170369 9/8/53; Brooch #170209 8/18/53; Bracelet #170210 8/18/53 and Earrings #170225. The parure comes to you in the original presentation box. It is dark blue leattte with the"T" Crown emblem on the front. (T is a piece of duck tape w someone once taped it shut). This FABULOUS estate Masterpiece Parure is really STUNNING when worn and is in Absolutely EXCELLENT to MINT Condition! This is Truly a RARE Once-In-A-Lifetime Find!
