I have here for auction a beautiful coin set marking the end of the Imperial coinage set - Farewell to £ s d Coinage (pounds, shillings and pence). The set consists of mainly uncirculated coins from the 1960's including the famous Winston Churchill crown from 1965. You have the famous penny with the image of Britannia sitting on the waves of the sea with her trident, ruling the waves, the Florin, Halfpenny, sixpence, threepenny bit, English & Scottish Shillings. This was the money system of much of the British Empire! Good detail. Would make the perfect gift for an older relative/ friend etc.Please see my other items. I will combine postage on other items and also post abroad to certain destinations - please e-mail for a quotation.
