It is prepared for the exclusive use of the Students of the Woman's Institute by Mary Brooks Picken and Alwilda Fellows. Millinery Instruction is by Mary Mahon and Illustrations by Alice Seipp. This magazine has the expected yellowing along the edges of the paper, for something this old. Except for a missing piece on the lower right, front corner of the cover and some dog ears on the first few pages, the magazine is in very good condition.
