This auction is for two prayer books by Father Lasance. The photo above of the cards that are included in the auction separate the photos of the books.1- MANNA OF THE SOUL by FATHER LASANCE- Condition of this book is near fine. The book is soft cover with light edge wear to the top and bottom edge of spine and corners of the black exterior. Some light handling creases and corner bumps. With this almost tissue thin paper, there are bound to be tiny corner folds though I found none. The edges of the book marks are frayed. This book was printed in May 1917. It is in its original box (photo 1 & 2). The box has soiling, discoloring and edge/corner wear but no splits or breaks. There is an owner inscription dated 1938 (photo 7) but otherwise there are no markingsPhoto 8 reflects all of the cards that were in these two books and are included in the auction. All were laid into the second book which is why that book has more wear, I assume. Cards include a photo of Pope Piux XII, Saint Therese of the Child Jesus, Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament 1907, etc with most appearing to be from the 1930's.2- MY GOD AND MY ALL- A PRAYER BOOK FOR CHILDREN by Father Lasance. Printed in January 1923. This book has a notation for a first communion (photo 11). The first end paper (no more room for photos) has owner's name and date and 1931 date. The
