This auction is for a complete original issue of the Minneapolis Tribune newspaper dated May 2, 1936. The front page of this vintage newspaper has a great banner headline about the capture of Alvin Karpis public enemy number one. The banner headline says, " KARPIS SEIZED IN SOUTH, FLOWN TO ST PAUL JAIL." J. Edgar Hoover leads in capture. This newspaper is 17"x 21" and is in very good condition. This is one of the best headlines you will see about the capture of Karpis. Please see photos for more info. Thanks.
