Early Fed 1D NKVD Combinat 1939-1941 Leica-Copy Camera w/ Fed 3.5 f=50mm Lens Parts/Repair Make Fed Model 1D NKVD CCCP Combinat Film Size 35mm standard Serial Number #143005 Lens Info Early Pre-War Elmar-Copy uncoated Fed 1:3,5 F=50mm. Has old aperture numbers 3.5, 4.5, 6.3, 9, 12.5, & 18. Serial number #142638, with a second stamped number #94. Other Items Included (if) Leather FED case. Has been restitched on the leather snap tongue, as well as on the strap to the case. Remainder of strap is brittle. Comes with take-up spool (push-on) type. No other items are included with this auction. Condition Condition Body Signs of wear consistent. Chipping to the vulcanite-type covering noted at the bottom edge of both sides of the baseplate. Baseplate locks well. Film counter is working but is stiff from old lubricants. Rangefinder is clear and contrasy. Finish seems thin on top of the rangefinder housing, as well on the baseplate. Small spot of discoloration next to the film rewind knob. Condition Lens Cleaning scratches noted on the outer element. Moisture is in the inner elements of this lens, mixing with the oil causing hazy conditions inside. Not able to see fungus through all of the moisture, droplets, and haze.
