Federal Laboratories tear gas pen gun OSS faultless SOE

an identical style ball bearing tear gas pen gun is shown in Ultimate Spy by Melton, page 179 and "was developed by the SOE"
he makes no mention of markings but the pen for sale is marked Fed Lab Inc
this originally shot tear gas and cannot fire a projectile, the tear gas these used has long since been out of production and none comes with this item
