Five crisp uncirculated Series 2006 (First year of this design) STAR NOTES with sequential serial numbers . The Serial Numbers are: IF 03262676*, IF 0326277*, IF 0326278*, IF 0326279* and IF 0326280*. Star notes are a elite style of currency collecting as each series has a much smaller proportion of Star Note Serial numbers than the general run. And to have a sequential run of Star Note Serial Notes is an added benefit. "What are Star Notes? When an imperfect note is detected during the manufacturing process after the serial number has been overprinted, it must be replaced with a new note. A "star" note is used to replace the imperfect note. Reusing that exact serial number to replace the imperfect note is costly and time consuming. The "star" note has its own special serial number followed by a star in place of a suffix letter. The serial number of the imperfect note that was removed is not used again in the same numbering sequence."
